You can contact Mike either by phone, email or in writing explaining the circumstances and substance of your complaint. Mike Vernon will treat all complaints he receives confidentitally, and will aim to resolve these issues informally and to your satisfaction within a maximum of five days of our contacting him. If he is unable to provide you with satisfaction regarding your complaint, within this five working day period, he will refer the complaint to the Chair, in the first instance, and then to the Vice-Chair of Kingswood Community Transport's Board. They will respond to your complaint within five days of the referral to them explaining clearly what actions are being taken. Thank you.
