Full-time 35 hours per week (9 to 4.30)
Salary dependant on experience £13.5 - £15k
Kingswood Community Transport is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and diligent full time administrative support officer to support the work of the charity based at our Kingswood office in Britannia Rd.
As a member of a small team your role and duties will include but are not limited to: dealing with enquires/taking payments from our members by phone or face to face; maintaining the members database and updating information in whatever format (e.g. schedules, noticeboards, social media and website); and general filing including electronic scanning.
You will have excellent communication and keyboard skills and the flexibility to deal with a variety of situations and tasks. You will need to be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise your own workload. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail as strict deadlines have to be met.
